Golf Classic

2011 Community Living Wallaceburg Golf Classic Raises $14,000

Community Living Wallaceburg scored an ace with its 16th Annual Golf Classic as $14,000 was raised from the June 2nd tournament at Baldoon Golf Course. Proceeds from the event will complement existing programs and services provided to more than 450 people with intellectual disabilities and their families across Chatham-Kent.

This event would not have been possible without the participation of local golf enthusiasts and contributions from our Platinum and Hole Sponsors, as well as from the local businesses and individuals who donated prizes. The agency also appreciates the tireless work of our dedicated volunteers.

Approximately 100 golfers participated in the sun-soaked tournament. Plans are already underway for the 17th Annual Golf Classic to be held on Saturday, June 2, 2012 at Baldoon Golf Course.

The foursome of Steve Scott, Rob Blake, Steve Hogan and Kyle Blake emerged as the top Men’s team.
The best Women’s team was the group of Sharon Punnewaert, Sheenagh Lightfoot, Lill Craig and Lynn Maynard.
The team of Doug Teeter, Ian Dent, Becky Teeter and Cathy Ricciotti was the top Mixed group.

Community Living Wallaceburg would like to thank our sponsors for supporting the Association’s Vision of People Participating Proudly.
