Join the Covid-19 Convoy of Courage this Saturday @ 3pm!
We’re thrilled to be featured in this weekend’s Wallaceburg Convoy of Courage, and we hope you’ll join us in showing your appreciation for our frontline workers!
In order to participate, you’ll need to fill out the event disclaimer online. Please note that you need to submit your email to confirm our identification only, and you won’t receive any emails other than in this form.
If you’re joining us in driving, please be at the old Sobey’s parking lot by 3pm (located in Wallaceburg, between the Walmart and Dollar Tree parking areas) . We will be lining up cars between 2pm and 2:55pm.
If you can’t join the convoy, consider making a lawn sign to show your appreciation to the Wallaceburg Community Living staff for their hard work and dedication.
Here are some rules & notes that EVERYONE must follow:
- When you arrive at Sobey’s, PLEASE PARK in individual parking spaces, side-by-side, in rows facing Canadian Tire. The lead vehicle will be a Red Jeep Cherokee. When this vehicle starts leaving, please pull in behind to form a single line to start the convoy.
- Make sure you have your headlights and your 4-way flashers on during the entire convoy.
- Follow the rules of the road – no burnouts, speeding, reckless driving, etc. Any unsafe driving behavior will not be tolerated.
- Stay in your vehicle at all times. Do NOT get out for any reason. This is NOT a socializing time. Let’s keep everyone safe.
- No carpooling. Make sure its only immediate family at the same address in the vehicle.
- Most of all make sure to have FUN and CHEER on our frontline & essential workers for all they are doing. Let’s show our support to our community during this difficult time.
