Ways to Give
Community Living Wallaceburg provides a full range of accommodation, short break, community and employment supports to more than 400 individuals and their families throughout Chatham-Kent. Donations are used to enhance services and supports. Community Living Wallaceburg is a Registered Charity. Financial information can be obtained be contacting the Agency or through Canada Revenue Agency. Contributions can be made in person at 1100 Dufferin Avenue in Wallaceburg, by phone at 519-627-0777 or online.
Cash Donations
Given as a one-time gift, cash donations are the simplest way to make an impact. Donations can be made in person, over the phone, or online through Canada Helps. Tax receipts will be issued for cash donations.
Monthly Giving
Make the pledge to donate $10, $20,$50 or more a month to Community Living Wallaceburg through an authorized credit card or post-dated cheque donation. At the end of the year, you will receive a tax receipt for the full amount donated over the course of that year. Arrangements can be made in person, over the phone or online through Canada Helps.
Memorial Gifts
Memorial gifts can occur in two ways. A gift ‘in memory of’ a loved one is a meaningful way to memorialize someone who has passed. Gifts can be made ‘in lieu of flowers’ and can be arranged through the funeral home.
A gift ‘in honour of’ can be made to recognize an occasion on a one-time or annual basis, like a birthday or anniversary. A tax receipt will be issued to you for the full amount and an acknowledgement letter will be sent to notify the next-of-kin of the gift made. Community Living Wallaceburg is pleased to offer a simple and secure way to make an online donation to our association by partnering with CanadaHelps.org. Since its launch in 2000, CanadaHelps.org has facilitated over $100 million in charitable donations online.
CanadaHelps.org will also automatically issue an official tax receipt by email for every donation.
