Personal Planning and Quality Assurance

The PPQA team responds to individuals and families who are seeking information about Community Living Wallaceburg, or wish to receive or purchase services through base or direct funding options.

The PPQA team works with each person to determine life goals and to develop plans to reach those goals.

As the agency’s quality assurance monitor, the team ensures compliance with provincial regulations set by our key funders, the Ministry of Community and Social Services and the Ministry of Children and Youth Services. PPQA regularly assesses the agency’s practices through quality assurance reviews.
